The Laureano Group, doing business as TLG Restoration, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It applies to https://tlgrestoration.com and to the phone and text conversations that start there.
What We Collect
When you submit a form or call us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, the city your property is in, the type of property, what happened, and any details you choose to share. If you email us, we have your email address.
We also collect basic technical information automatically: which pages you viewed, which site or advertisement referred you, and general device information. We use this to understand which parts of the site are useful and where our customers come from. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Why We Collect It
To respond to your request, schedule and perform work, document jobs for insurance purposes, and keep records we are required to keep. That is the whole list. We are a restoration contractor, not an advertising business.
Text Messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your request, your appointment, or work in progress. Message frequency varies depending on your job. Message and data rates may apply.

Who We Share Information With
We share only what a job actually requires. That can include your insurance carrier or adjuster when we are documenting a claim, an independent licensed mold assessor when your project needs one, and subcontractors performing part of the work. We also use service providers to run our business, such as our customer relationship software and our website host, who handle information on our behalf.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How Long We Keep It
As long as we need it for the work, our records, and any legal or insurance requirement that applies. Job documentation on an insurance claim is often worth keeping for years, because disputes surface late.
Your Choices

Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced separately.
